Lake Tamarack is an association where all parties have an equal stake in maintaining the livelihood of our community. Without your commitment to Lake Tamarack through a timely payment of Dues, it becomes difficult to provide a rich and dynamic Lake Association that we all cherish.
Annual Membership Dues are applied to every property in Lake Tamarack.
The annual cost in 2022 is $600.00 per family,.
Dues are payable January 1 of each year.
Initiation Fee: New members are charged a one-time $750.00 initiation fee.
REMINDER: 2022 DUES & DAM ASSESSMENT ARE DUE JANUARY 1.
- 2022 Class 1 Member Dues: $600
ANY MEMBER WHO HAS NOT PAID THEIR DUES IN FULL BY MARCH 1st WILL BE ASSESSED A $20 LATE FEE.
Dues may be paid by mail or by dropping off in the mail slot at the Lake Office.
